【Notes on Handmade Characteristics】

【Returns and Exchanges】
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we generally do not accept returns based on customer preference. If there is a quality issue or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, including photographic evidence. We will propose a fair solution, such as a partial refund or a replacement.

【Shipping & Customs】
• Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not present during delivery, please follow the courier's instructions promptly. If a package is returned to Japan due to an expired storage period, the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
• Customs and Import Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. These costs are not included in the item price or shipping fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing.

■ POPTHYの耳つぼジュエリーシートは医療機器を製造する海外のメーカーと共同で開発した商品です。薄くて扱いやすく長持ちするシートです。

■粒の種類は抗アレルギー対応の2種類からお選びいただきます。
・セラミック粒
非金属素材の耳つぼジュエリーシートとしてご使用いただけます。ホワイトカラーの粒はまるでパールのよう。シンプルながらも美しい仕上がりとなります。

・チタン粒
抗アレルギー金属としてご使用いただけます。人工関節や医療機器にも使用される高品質なチタン。人体に最も影響を及ぼしづらい金属として医療現場で活用されています。

【ハンドメイド製品の特性】
■ジュエリーパーツは一つ一つ手作業で製作しているため、接着剤やレジンがわずかにはみ出している場合があります。装着時には透明なので目立たなくなりますが、あらかじめご了承ください。

■配送時の影響について
配送時の影響で、シールが台紙から浮いてきてしまう場合がございます。粘着力に問題はございませんので、使用できる場合は、ご自身で圧着してそのままご利用ください。

■保管時の注意
長期間の保管いただくと、シールが台紙から剥がれやすくなる場合があります。保管の際は、できるだけ平らな場所で保管してください。直射日光が当たる場所や、水回りなど多湿の場所での保管は避け、出来るだけ早めの使用をお願いいたします。

■耐久性について
細心の注意を払って製作しておりますが、大きなパーツの場合、貼り付け位置や個人の生活環境によっては1〜2日で取れてしまう可能性があります。ご使用の際は、慎重に貼り付け位置を調整してください。入浴後のタオルドライや衣服の着脱時には特にご注意ください。

■海外発送の返品・交換について
国際送料が非常に高額であるため、お客様のご都合による返品は原則として承っておりません。ただし、品質に問題がある場合や、到着時に破損があった場合は、到着から5日以内に証拠写真と共にご連絡ください。その場合、一部返金や代替品の送付など、公平な解決策をご提案させていただきます。

■配送先と配送方法について
・お届け先住所について ご注文時にご登録いただいた住所へ発送いたします。購入手続きを完了する前に、配送先住所に誤りがないか必ずご確認ください。誤った住所が登録されていた場合、当店では責任を負いかねます。  ・ご不在時の対応について お届け時にご不在の場合は、配送業者より「不在票（配送通知）」が投函されます。必ず内容をご確認の上、速やかに再配達の手続きを行ってください。 保管期間を過ぎた場合：一定期間を過ぎてもご連絡がない場合、お荷物は日本へ返送されます。 返送後の再送：日本へ返送されたお荷物を再送する際は、往復の送料（および再送料）を改めてご負担いただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。 ※配送状況は追跡番号にて随時ご確認いただけます。ご不在が続くと保管期間が終了してしまうため、配送状況をこまめにチェックしていただくことを推奨しております。

■関税および輸入消費税について
